Social Economic Index Analysis of Palu Disaster Recovery

The geographical condition makes Indonesia very vulnerable to natural disasters. Various disasters that have befallen claimed many lives and property losses. Some of them are the earthquake, tsunami, liquefaction in Central Sulawesi, especially Palu City, on September 28 2018, which thousands caused huge socio-economic impacts by disaster need be repaired through rehabilitation reconstruction education, health, economy. To measure level recovery form reconstruction, a general an index number is needed, called Post-Disaster Recovery Index (Ina-PDRI), consists three aspects: education aspect, health economic aspect. All basic indicators use primary secondary data. data used for 2017 (100 percent) it compared with post-earthquake data, namely 2019. higher percentage obtained, greater City. It found after one year earthquakes, tsunamis, liquefaction, results new sector were 54.67 percent, had only reached 77.78 19.84 percent. Total 44.20 Therefore, acceleration program City still needs improved so conditions recovered as before.
